Successful Backpack Drive
THANK YOU, TriCon!
WOW! We collected and delivered 91 backpacks to the Salvation Army in Lowell. The ninety-one packs were stuffed with various school supplies geared towards students from kindergarten through 8th grade.
There are hundreds of school-aged children in Lowell living in homelessness, home-insecurity, and unhoused situations. Their caregivers do not have the luxury of the annual back-to-school shopping trips. It is a wonderful opportunity for TriCon to address this need and make school children who may be lacking new things have something special for their school year.
